Late Harvest Wines are produced from grapes ripened under the hot summer sun and left on the vine during the regular harvest to allow their sweetness and varietal flavors to continue to intensify. They are hand-picked as the Canadian autumn settles over the Okanagan Valley. The nectar is then skillfully vinted to produce our exceptional Late Harvest Wines. Late Harvest Wines contain lower concentrations of sugars and acids than Icewine.

Ranch Late Harvest Wines are approximately half the price of our equivalent
Icewine varietals, offering an economical altenative, as well as an excellent
introduction to Dessert Wines.
